The Davao City Library and Information Center’s (DCLIC) National Book Week celebration turned into a vibrant spectacle as students from the city’s daycare centers brought storybook characters to life in a colorful Book Characters Parade at NCCC Activity Area on November 18, 2025.

Eight Daycare centers participated in the parade, with teachers and parents showing strong support for the children as they showcased their talents through costumes and performances inspired by well-loved children stories.
