The City Transport and Traffic Management Office (CTTMO)
on Monday announced cash assistance/fuel subsidy for motorized tricycles. operators.

Based on the CTTMO post, those eligible for the assistance are operators with valid Motorized Tricycle Operators Permit (MTOP) or franchise.

“Gihangyo nga mo-report sa City Transport and Traffic Management Office- Motorized Vehicle Franchising and Regulatory Division (CTTMO-MVFRD) karong adlaw ika-30 sa Marso 2026, hangtod sa ika-31 sa Marso 2026 (You are requested to report to the CTTMO-MVFRD today, 30th of March 2026, until the 31st of March 2026),”the announcement reads.

This is in accordance with DSWD Memorandum Circular No. 07, Series of 2026 or the “Guidelines on the Pilot Implementation of the Cash Relief Assistance Individuals, Sectors and Communities in Especially Difficult Circumstances Who Are Vulnerable, At Risk, And/Or Affected By Disastrous Calamities.

Based on the post, operators are required to bring three photocopies of VALID MTOP and three photocopies of Drivers License of the driver with three signatures.

One license per MTH unit is allowed. The cut-off time will be Tuesday, 5 pm.
