The Davao City Tourism Operation Office (CTOO) is calling on locally owned restaurants and bars to take part in a flavorful new highlight of Duaw Davao 2026 the Eat and Sip Restaurant and Bar Crawl, happening from June 15 to July 15, 2026.
Willenito P. Tormis Jr., CTOO Officer-in-Charge, said this year’s celebration of Duaw Davao places a strong focus on introducing new activities to highlight the city’s vibrancy and experience the creativity of local establishments.
“Ang target gyud nato this year kay magbuhat ta og mag new events sa kung unsa paman tung mga interest sa katawhan. Daghan ta og gina celebrate gyud sa Duaw and this is our way of telling the world or those outside Davao nga mu duaw sila sa atoa because we have so much fun, and so much things to do in Davao City (Our target this year is to create new events based on the interests of the people. We have a lot to celebrate in Duaw, and this is our way of telling the world or those outside Davao to visit us because we have so much fun and so many things to do in Davao City),” he told Madayaw Davao over Davao City Disaster Radio on June 4, 2026.
The restaurant or bar must be a locally owned and homegrown establishment within the city and establishments must submit a curated list of at least five featured dishes, cocktails, or mocktails which will qualify participants for crawl stickers.

A maximum of 50 restaurants and bars will be selected covering all districts of the city and must strictly comply with the Comprehensive Liquor Code of Davao City under Ordinance no. 0489-24 series of 2024.
Applicants are required to submit a completed official application form, a valid government-issued ID, a Business Permit, a DTI Business Registration Permit, a Sanitary Permit, and a City Tourism Certificate.
