The San Pedro Street will soon be filled with the irresistible aroma of chicken sizzling on grills and pans as the City Tourism Operations Office (CTOO), unveils the Fiesta sa San Pedro Manokan-anan Food Bazaar, a two-day chicken-based food bazaar.
The event is now opening its doors to Davao City based food vendors, restaurants, and entrepreneurs who wish to take part.

While merchants may offer a variety of dishes, the spotlight will be firmly on chicken whether it’s chicken inasal, chicken burgers, or other innovative chicken dishes.
The bazaar will feature 10 stalls, each responsible for booth design, cooking equipment, and utilities, with all participants required to incorporate the official Duaw Davao branding into their setup.
Food safety and cleanliness will be strictly observed, with vendors required to comply with regulations set by the City Health Office (CHO).
Staff must wear proper food-handling attire and must maintain sanitation and dispose of waste at designated collection points.
Applicants must submit an accomplished application form, a valid government-issued ID, a copy of their business permit, a DTI registration certificate (if applicable), and a menu list with prices.
