The City Tourism Operations Office (CTOO) released the official guidelines for the Fiesta sa San Pedro: Sayaw-Saulog sa Kadalanan competition.

In a social media post on Thursday, the CTOO announced that the contest is open to all barangays in the Davao Region.

Interested contingents are required to submit an official Sayaw-Saulog entry form; performance synopsis with a maximum of 100 words subject to editing; complete list of participants, and barangay endorsement letter.

Each contingent must also submit two signed photocopies of valid government-issued IDs of their authorized representatives.

Each contingent must have a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 40 members composed of dancers, musicians (if live), props men, and assistants. Dancers must not be less than 20 members, while at least 10 musicians are required for contingents using live bands.

Contingents are also reminded that the theme must be about San Pedro St. and Duaw Davao, with performances being culturally sensitive and respectful.

The event will be on June 27, 2026. All contingents must be present at least one day before the event for final briefing, music runthrough, and blocking.

All contingents will be evaluated based on their Grand Showdown performance. Winning contingents will receive Php 50,000 for the first place, Php 25,000 for the second; and Php 15,000 for the third.
