The City Economic Enterprise (CEE) has extended the deadline for vendor applications for the Paskuhan sa Magsaysay Park 2025, giving food sellers, accessory vendors, operators of inflatables and gaming booths until Monday, November 24, 2025, to secure their slots.

The bazaar is set to run from December 1 to 31, 2025 at Ramon Magsaysay Park, which will open daily from 12 noon until 10pm. It is expected to draw thousands of families, students and visitors throughout the festive season.

Rocela D. Alvarez, Market Inspector I of the CEE, emphasized that the bazaar will not only showcase diverse food and merchandize but will also feature inflatables, tribal houses and a skating rink where visitors can rent bikes.

“Sa atoang Magsaysay na bazaar, halal ug non halal siya ang kanang food na mag tinda para inclusive siya. Ang inflatable, naa pod sa Magsaysay park. Naa ta’y tribal houses na pwede masuroyan ug naa pod tay skating rink na pwede mag rent og bike. Daghan gyud siya og masuroyan (In our Magsaysay Park bazaar, we have halal and non halal foods available in our food stalls. We also have inflatable in Magsaysay Park, we also have tribal houses that they can visit. There is also a skating rink where they can rent a bike),” she told Madayaw Davao over Davao City Disaster Radio on November 21, 2025.

She added that the bazaar will accommodate 20 slots food stalls for halal and non-halal options, 10 accessory stalls, 6 inflatable operator and 2 gaming booths.

All applicants are required to attend the public raffling and orientation on November 25, 2025 at 1pm at the skating rink area inside Ramon Magsaysay Park. Attendance is mandatory, and failure to appear will result in cancellation of awarded slots.

Marianne Dela Cruz Lopoz, Computer Programmer III of the CEE during her interview with Madayaw Davao over Davao City Disaster Radio (DCDR) on November 21, 2025, clarified that the extension is a chance for more entrepreneurs to take part in the city’s cherished holiday traditions.

“Gi awhag nato ang mga vendors og katung mag operators nga we have until Monday nga mag apply sila (We encourage vendors and operators that we have until Monday to apply),” she added.
